I attended the German Para Athletics Championship in Erfurt on 15th of June 2024. This time I ran with Frank again. This time I had better preparation. The first of the 3.75 rounds was a bit too fast again. So I slowed down a bit too much in the 3rd round. The last round was faster again with a nice final straight. I finished in 6:44, which is 15 seconds better than the Ludwig Jall Sportfest one month earlier. But I’m very happy that I improved my time and next up will be 800m!
